Pumpkin Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. powdered sugar, sifted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling mix
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream sugar and cheese until smooth.
    Beat in remaining ingredients.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Serve with purchased gingersnaps or apple wedges. Yield:
    about 7 cups of dip.
