Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 stick butter or oleo (soft)
1 unbaked, 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Beat eggs and sugar together, add next four ingredients and beat well. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes longer.
