Swiss Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chicken broth
3 c. chopped potatoes
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
bacon or ham
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese (I use more for thicker soup)
Preparation

Put chopped veggies in broth and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
Dissolve flour in milk; add to hot veggies.
Slowly boil. Shred cheese and slowly add to soup until melted.
This is thick and rich.
Great served with French bread.
