Polish Pierogi(Cheese And Potato) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut margarine into flour.
    Add eggs (beaten), cold water and salt.
    Knead dough until soft and elastic.
    Divide dough into 4 parts.
    Roll out fairly thin on floured board.
    Cut out 2-inch circles with cup or glass dipped lightly in flour.
    Fill each circle with filling.
