Fake Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. maple syrup
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. coconut
1/3 c. melted butter
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except pie shell in a mixing bowl.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
