Mulligan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    5 carrots, diced
    5 pieces celery, diced
    5 potatoes, diced
    leftover roast beef or pork
    small amount of gravy
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer diced onion, carrots and celery in small amount of water until almost done.
    Add diced potatoes and continue cooking until all is done.
    Add meat (cut into small pieces) and stir in enough gravy to moisten.
    Continue simmering until meat is warmed through.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
