Chicken Enchiladas(Mexican) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    3 c. cooked chopped chicken
    10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine; add water, flour and bouillon.
    Add sour cream, 1 cup cheese, chilies and chili powder.
    Add chicken to half of the mixture.
    (Save half of the mixture to pour on top.)
    Fill each tortilla with some mixture; roll up and lay in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Pour rest of mixture on top; sprinkle rest of cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with a salad.
