Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
2 T. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
2 T. cooking oil
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa, sugar and salt and set aside. Combine milk, vanilla and oil and mix until smooth. Stir in walnuts and dry ingredients. Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
