Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boned chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. butter
1 minced garlic clove
8 oz. pineapple chunks
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. water
1 green pepper
Preparation

Cut chicken breasts into strips.
Brown chicken with garlic and butter.
Combine juice from pineapple chunks with water, vinegar, brown sugar and gravy mix.
Add mixture to chicken.
Stir in green pepper; cut into strips.
Simmer 2 minutes.
Stir in pineapple and serve.
