Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. ReaLemon juice concentrate
yellow food coloring (optional)
whipped cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In medium bowl, beat egg yolks.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon and food coloring (if desired).
Pour into prepared pastry shell.
Bake 30 minutes. Cool and chill.
Spread with whipped cream.
Garnish as desired. Keep refrigerated.
