Fish Stuffed With Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter, softened
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. raw shrimp
    1/2 c. onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped, fresh parsley
    4 pieces sole or other fleshy fish
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spread 1 tablespoon softened butter evenly over bottom of large pan.
    Shell the shrimp.
    Devein by making a shallow incision down their backs with a small, sharp knife and lifting out black vein with the point.
    Drop the shrimp into lightly salted, boiling water and boil 3 minutes, until firm and pink.
    Drain.
    Chop coarsely and place in bowl.
