Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn (15 oz.)
1 can whole kernel corn (15 oz.)
1 pkg. Jiffy muffin corn mix
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 stick oleo, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix corn, eggs and sour cream.
Stir in Jiffy mix.
Blend in melted oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to one hour.
Cut should come out clean.
