Zucchini Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded zucchini
    6 c. sugar
    6 oz. apricot jello
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Peel zucchini; remove seeds and shred.
    Mix zucchini and sugar; cook for 6 minutes.
    Add pineapple and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add jello.
    Put in processed jars and seal.
