Microwave Fiesta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken flavored)
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 large tomato
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
    salsa and sour cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large bowl.
    Stir in milk.
    Add remaining ingredients, except salsa and sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 9-inch microwavable pie plate.
    Cover loosely with wax paper. Microwave on High 5 minutes.
    Stir edges of mixture into center. Smooth.
    Cover.
    Microwave 4 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Serve immediately with salsa and sour cream.
