Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chopped hamburg or turkey
    chopped onions (frozen or fresh)
    1 (12 oz.) jar medium salsa
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    garlic powder and garlic salt
    chili powder
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven pot, saute onions (1/2 bag).
    Once cooked, add meat or turkey.
    When meat is cooked, drain grease from pan.
    Add sauce, crushed tomatoes and salsa.
    Mix in 3 tablespoons of chili powder (more, if desired).
    Sprinkle in garlic salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer on low for 1/2 to 1 hour.
    Can be frozen and reheated at will.
    If you cook less meat, then omit the can of sauce.
