Seafood Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) can crab meat or 1 (7 oz.) can salmon or 1/2 lb. surami
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 packet unflavored Knox gelatine, dissolved in 3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Dissolve gelatine in cold water.
Set aside.
Over medium heat bring soup to boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in gelatine until dissolved.
Set aside to cool.
