Gingered Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into julienne strips
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. powdered ginger
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fill saucepan with water and add carrots.
    Bring to a boil and cook 5 to 6 minutes until tender.
    Drain and dry completely on paper towels.
    Return to saucepan.
