Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 c. water
    6 tsp. chicken bouillon
    pepper to taste
    6 oz. (approximately) Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion in water with bouillon until tender. Add pepper and cheese.
    Simmer until cheese is melted.
