Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All vegetables
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Provolone cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Drain the vegetables and place in large mixing bowl.
    Add chopped onion and chopped celery; stir to mix well.
    Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Provolone cheese.
    Combine with vegetables.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with the crushed crackers.
    Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over crackers and sprinkle with poppy seed.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes or until it begins to bubble.
    Serve immediately.
