Mock Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 can chicken broth (condensed)
    6 c. (about 1 1/2 lb.) chopped broccoli
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Combine and cook about 15 minutes or until tender the first 5 ingredients.
    When tender, place all in a blender and add remaining ingredients.
    Blend about 1 minute at high speed; pour into saucepan and heat prior to serving.
    Yields about 6 cups.
