Apple Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of allspice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. seedless raisins, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in small saucepan.
    Stir in apple juice, lemon juice and raisins.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and boil 1 minute.
    Add butter or margarine.
    Stir until melted.
    Serve hot with ham or pork.
