Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix well flour, butter and chopped walnuts.
    Spread in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan and pat firmly.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Let cool.
