Saucy Louisiana Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 strips bacon, diced
    2 (6 oz. each) half boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cubed
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. cayenne or hot pepper sauce
    1 can cut green beans, drained
    1/2 green pepper, cut in chunks
    1 (14 oz.) can Cajun style stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
    Add green pepper and chicken.
    Cook 5 minutes or until pepper is tender-crisp and chicken is cooked.
    Blend tomatoes, cornstarch and cayenne.
    Add to skillet.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and translucent.
    Add green beans and heat through.
    Serve with rice, if desired.
    Makes 4 servings.
