Jiffy Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    12 taco shells
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    commercial taco sauce
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add next 7 ingredients.
    Microwave at High for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring at 2-minute intervals.
    When meat is done, drain away grease.
    Spoon 3 tablespoons meat mixture into each taco shell; top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
    Serve with taco sauce.
