Simple Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. grated American cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Blend cheese and butter thoroughly.
    Work in the flour and cayenne pepper.
    Chill 2 hours or longer.
    Roll into balls 1 inch in diameter.
    Bake in a very hot 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Yield: 30 puffs.
