Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans artichoke hearts in water (not in bottle)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan, grated
1/2 to 3/4 c. Mozzarella, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Wheat Thins crackers
Preparation

Mix artichokes and spices and place in a glass dish, then mix both sets of cheeses.
The dip should be baked at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven when all cheese is melted and serve hot with crackers (Wheat Thins preferred).
