Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dressing crumbs or homemade cornbread
1 can peas and carrots (small)
1 small onion
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts in water until tender. Drain and pull meat off bones in small pieces.
Save broth.
Melt margarine and pour over crumbs. In square dish, put thin layer of crumbs, then layer of chicken. Empty both soups into bowl. Add 1 soup can of broth. Blend together.
Pour half of the soup over layer of chicken atop this.
Pour remaining soup mixture over this second layer.
Add another layer of chicken and crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
