Marinated Potato And Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable
    1/4 c. concentrated lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
    1 1/2 lb. small (4 oz.) pkg. new potatoes, cooked and cubed
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (4 oz.)
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    In a large shallow dish or plastic bay, combine oil, juice, mustard, sugar and bouillon.
    Mix well.
    Add potatoes, mushrooms, celery and green onions.
    Cover.
    Marinate in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes about 5 cups.
