Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 c. whole kernel corn or Mexican
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 dash garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then add all others.
    Heat iron skillet until hot, then pour batter into it and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
