Raspberry Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    6 Tbsp. raspberry jam
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 large garlic cloves, smashed
    3/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    4 lb. chicken wing halves, tips discarded
Preparation
    At least 3 hours before serving, marinate wings in mixture of all other ingredients.
    Turn to coat all wings.
    Use Pam to spray rack over cookie sheet.
    Add wings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
