Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. butter
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, cubed
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can Durkee onions
Preparation
    Saute 1/2 cup onions in butter.
    Add soup, potatoes and sour cream.
    Put in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Top with 2 cups Cheddar cheese.
    Sprinkle Durkee onions on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yield: Serves 12 people.
