Easy Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 oz. cooked tortellini and cooled
2 c. shredded red cabbage
12 oz. fresh spinach, stems removed
2 large tomatoes, cored, cut tomato in half with core facing up, squeeze halves over barrel and remove seeds, then cut in 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 c. thin sliced scallions in circles
8 pieces salami or bacon, cut in 1/2-inch pieces (if using bacon, cook and drain before cutting)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and arrange in flat bowl so you can see all ingredients.
Pour ranch dressing over top of salad in thin lines so dressing does not cover all veggies, then serve. Serves 6 people.
