Caramel Apple Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 apple, cored and sliced
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 marshmallows
Preparation
    Divide apple slices equally between two small custard dishes. Place 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar on top of apple slices.
    Do not mix.
    Microwave both dishes
    on High at the same time, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until apple is tender.
    Top each dish with a marshmallow.
    Microwave on High for 1/4 to 1/2 minute (15 to 30 seconds) or until marshmallow is softened.
    Makes 2 servings.
