Tabouli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cut grain bulgur wheat*
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 scallions (including greens)
    1 large fresh tomato
    1 cucumber
    1/2 bunch fresh parsley
    1 tsp. toasted sesame seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Saute the wheat in the oil until slightly browned.
    Remove from heat; stir in the boiling water.
    Cover and let sit for 1 hour, then drain.
