Taco Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 flour tortillas OR 8 (6 or 8 inch) corn tortillas
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    10 oz. (1 can) soup, condensed tomato
    1 c. salsa
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cut tortillas into 1-inch pieces and set aside.
