Peanut Butter Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. pancake mix
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. Griffin's Peanut Butter
1 can 5 oz. evaporated milk
1/3 c. water
Griffin's Pancake Syrup

Preparation

Put pancake mix and sugar in large mixing bowl.
Set aside.
