Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium lettuce, shredded
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped Spanish onion
1 pkg. frozen green peas, separated
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Arrange lettuce in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In layers, add other vegetables.
Do not toss.
Spread mayonnaise evenly over layer of peas.
Sprinkle with bacon over salad before serving. Cut into squares.
