Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade or any other kind of jelly
Preparation
    Cut off excess fat from pork chops.
    Let fat melt in skillet until you have about 1 tablespoon melted.
    Remove unmelted pieces of fat.
    Brown pork chops on each side in melted fat.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Mix together rest of ingredients and pour over pork chops.
    Cover and reduce heat to simmer until done, about 1 hour. Serve hot.
    Liquid may be thickened with cornstarch and served with pork chops.
    Serves 4.
