Grilled Flank Steak(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. beef flank steak (3/4-inch thick)
Preparation
    For sauce:
    In small saucepan, cook onion, garlic and chili powder in margarine until tender.
    Stir in tomato sauce, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
