Hot Zucchini-Carrot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. zucchini
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    3/4 lb. carrots, peeled
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shred zucchini and carrots.
    Heat oil with garlic in a large skillet.
    Add vegetables, thyme, salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring, until crisp-tender (3 to 5 minutes).
