Calico Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked navy, Great Northern or small white beans
    2 c. garbanzo beans
    salt and pepper
    tomato wedges and onion rings
    2 c. dark or light red kidney beans
    1 1/2 to 2 c. French, Italian or vinaigrette dressing
Preparation
    Drain beans.
    Mix together lightly and cover with dressing. Refrigerate for several hours.
    When ready to serve, mix again. Taste and add more vinegar or seasoning, if needed.
    Serve in a large bowl and garnish with tomato wedges and onion rings.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
