Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Coat apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
    Mix together flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon and butter.
    Stir in apples.
    Place in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
