Ingredients

2 large oranges, sectioned (about 2 c.)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced red onion
1/2 bell pepper (any color), small dice
1/2 tsp. fresh or dried chopped cilantro
1 tsp. minced jalapeno peppers
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve over fish fillets.
