Absolutely Yummy Garden Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick (1-minute) oats (uncooked)
    1 c. no-fat or low-fat cottage cheese
    2 egg whites
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well and make 4 patties.
    Heat a small amount of oil (I like canola) in nonstick skillet to medium.
    Brown patties on both sides, they are a little crispy (for better texture).
    Melt cheese on top and serve immediately because they cool off a bit faster than meat burgers.
    Use your favorite meat-burger toppings.
