Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini, cut
2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or salt
Preparation
-
Soften onion in butter in skillet.
Cook zucchini in the water and bouillon until soft.
Put all ingredients in blender and blend.
Delicious!
