Fat Free Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    l (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 medium eggplant, chopped
    3 medium zucchini, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 jalapeno, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    basil, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Crush tomatoes; add tomato paste and combine all ingredients in large saucepan.
    Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes or until tender.
    Serve over rice or pasta.
