Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    pinch of garlic powder
    1 c. herbed stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain well.
    Set aside.
    Saute onion, celery and pepper in margarine until tender. Mix together the soup, cheese, garlic powder and 3/4 cup stuffing mix.
    Stir in onion mixture and spinach.
    Pour mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
