Grape Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Concord grapes
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
pastry for double-crust pie
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Slip skins from grapes.
Heat pulp to boiling; simmer a few minutes.
Press through sieve to remove seeds.
Add skins and sugar, mixed with flour, salt and lemon peel.
Fill 9-inch pastry-lined pan.
Distribute butter over grapes.
Adjust top crust on pie; seal and flute edge.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
