Easy Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, well beaten
nutmeg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In medium bowl, combine condensed milk, water, salt and vanilla.
Add eggs; mix well.
Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake 10 minutes; reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool coconut.
Add 1 cup coconut to filling.
