Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. fresh rhubarb
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut rhubarb into 1/2-inch pieces.
Add flour, sugar and salt; mix together.
Put into 8-inch pie crust.
Dot with butter.
Place top crust on and crimp edges.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
